Core technical expert role with large career development. 关于我们的客户 Our client is a global well-known and listed food and food ingredients company with over 70 years of history. 职责描述 * Lead and guide R&D team in wheat/grain based flour new product / new process research from new product development (NPD), production to final product launch* Lead and guide R&D team to drive R&D initiatives on Bakery Ingredients to support the NPD and application of Flour Division * Develop, implement, maintain and monitor quality systems and programs to ensure product quality in comply with the quality standard for Flour Division* Partner with Technical Services, Sales, external customers and suppliers to develop customized solutions, resolve technical problems and build zippered R&D & relationships with key customers * Interact with technology suppliers / customers / institutions and consultants for technology development * Collaborate with research institutes and academia for wheat/grain research projects* Introduce and share Good Practices in order to create a R&D Centre Of Excellence for Bakery and Flour* To ensure statutory compliance for existing / new Flour products* Provide product knowledge training to both internal and external customers 理想的求职者 * At least a Bachelor's degree in applicable scientific discipline (e.g., wheat/Cereal Science & Technologies, Food Science etc).
