Cost Optimization and Innovation: Act as the coordinator for cost-saving initiatives within the R&D team, driving process improvements and ensuring that products are developed in alignment with cost targets while maintaining high quality. Proactively suggest and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce production costs. 5. Creative Ideation and Market Trends: Generate and refine new product ideas that align with current market trends and customer demands.
