We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Microbiologist to lead microbiological food safety initiatives across operations in China. This role is critical in ensuring microbiological control throughout production, assessing and mitigating food safety risks, and supporting innovation projects with expert guidance on microbial safety.

This role is expected to lead overall financial planning and analysis for the Asia BU. He/she is responsible for driving BU Strategic Plan, AOP, monthly rolling forecast, performance analysis and business partnering to support growth. This role is also a key person to drive finance related efficiency with a focus on IT/automation. Finally, it will support senior management on potential financial insights and data integration within the organization.

Work as regional Marketing Manager, oversees different regions, responsible for overall marketing.

Project Sales Manager

Ensure product performance against target financial metrics including: Revenue, Margin, Market Share, Price Realization, Quality, Delivery, Productivity. Adherence to the NPD gate review process including business case models (financial management, risk management, industry metrics - ROI).

The primary responsibility is standardizing and optimizing processes across the region and supporting the transformation to CargoWise One, and ongoing continuous improvements. Analyzing, designing, documenting, and implementing end to end process standardization & process efficiency, and driving continuous improvement. Implementing the CargoWise One system application across countries aligning processes to global standards
