As part of its continued growth in China, the business is seeking an experienced Finance Senior Manager to oversee financial reporting, compliance, taxation and audit activities while partnering with key stakeholders to support business performance and strategic initiatives. 职责描述 Oversee accounting, tax and statutory reporting processes for the China market. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to local and group stakeholders. Manage annual audits, tax filings and regulatory compliance requirements. Drive continuous improvement of accounting policies, controls and financial processes. Lead budgeting, forecasting and cost management activities. Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders to support business growth and performance. Support financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration projects. Lead, coach and develop the finance team to enhance organizational capability. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. CPA or ACCA qualification is required. At least 10 years of finance, accounting and audit experience, including a solid foundation within a Big Four accounting firm. Deep understanding of PRC accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience managing and developing finance teams. Experience supporting M&A transactions, due diligence or finance integration projects is highly desirable.
