Drive large-scale data architecture and optimize high-performance systems as a Big Data Engineer on Recommendation Architecture Team. Use your expertise in big data frameworks to build innovative, scalable solutions that enhance user experiences for millions globally.

• 分析业务流程，识别改进领域，并制定策略以提高效率和效果。
• 与跨职能团队合作，了解业务需求并将它们转化为数据驱动的解决方案。
• 准备并向高层管理人员和其他利益相关者展示报告、可视化和发现。

工作职责：
1. 主要职责： 构建金融支付核心产品的关键业务指标体系，监控数据异常，分析潜在问题，及时识别业务风险，并提供专业建议以支持决策。
2. 数据驱动决策： 与业务团队合作，进行数据建模和迭代优化，运用AB测试等方法评估改进效果，推动业务部门的数据驱动决策。

• 负责公司量化开发工作的统筹规划及管理。
• 开发各类投研工具，包括且不限于各类回测框架，交易系统，数据开发，软硬件运维等.

1、建立业务数据体系规划，为管理者提供决策支持；

2、针对商业场景，通过数据挖掘和量化分析，为战略、产品、运营提供深度洞见；

3、快速精准的发现业务问题，通过深入分析寻找改善机会，跟进重点项目专题挖掘支持支持业务提效；
