Reporting directly to the CEO (Founder), you will be pivotal in scaling our B2B channels, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering sustainable value to clients and stakeholders.

管理公司全部电商渠道, 包括亚马逊、独立站、其他三方平台；

管理15人左右团队；

对亚马逊站内平台规则玩法熟悉了解, 如果了解站外营销更佳；

• 负责将人工作业流程迁移到系统平台，并结合AI&大数据技术实现业务流程自动化、智能化；
• 深入理解业务场景及操作规则，梳理并归纳总结业务需求，制定系统架构和建设方案，完成系统化新作业流程规范设计、功能设计、交互设计，并对项目实时落地做追踪管理，保证系统按期保质上线并实现项目目标；

负责管理和优化工厂的整体运营和工程事务，确保机加和表面处理生产流程的高效与安全，同时推动工艺技术的持续改进。

该职位主要负责公司旗下所有产品在中国区的销售和市场工作，带领近10个人的团队，直接汇报给集团首席运营官。

This role is a newly created headcount for their HK Office and will be reporting to the COO and UK Head of Compliance. This role will be responsible for both legal and compliance matters.
