The Senior Sales Manager will be accountable for global sales for genomic sequencing and proteomics services. This role combines hands-on sales management, business development, growing a sales team, developing commercial strategy and delivering a straightforward, competitive offering to global clients.
The GM will have the full p&l ownership and responsibility for brand measures such asmarketing planning & activation, social media platforms, new product introductioninitiatives, KOL and influencer strategy & recruitment, ecommerce platforms, externalcreative & content agencies, ecommerce and marketing investment & ROI. Acting as General Manager of the Brand is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the brand's operations, including strategic planning, financial management, product development, marketing, sales, and customer service.
This role will facilitate and support the development of long-term strategies for each function and operation unit across the Sauce Group globally, roll out the strategic planning platform, promote the improvement in sales and operation efficiency and ensure the adequate allocation of resources
