This role leads the development of the company's new battery‑recycling R&D capability, focusing on hydrometallurgy process innovation, lab setup, and advanced technical research in collaboration with global scientific teams. It also requires strong cross‑functional communication to support business stakeholders while building toward future team leadership.

This role leads the industrialization and launch of manufacturing programs across multiple plants, ensuring production starts on time and meets performance targets. It involves coaching teams, managing KPIs, sharing excellent practices, and supporting strategic initiatives with strong leadership and cross-functional coordination.

Our client is a multinational company with multiple sizes in China. Its headquarter is located in Kunshan together with one of their manufacturing facilities.

We are looking for a Technical Engineer r*esponsible for an area of intervention that will mainly involve aromatics compounding technologies and products. Working closely with our commercial business unit as well as its project operations BD, industrial operations BD, legal department, etc.; your assignment will involve short-term overseas travel.

To play a key part in a global lea/der of aviation services in its growth in the Chinese market. Contribute to our strategic priorities, develop solutions and concepts for new services or products, and establish strategic partnerships that align with the company's strategy and meet market demands.

• Candidate will be in charge of the Planning, leading, organising and implementing operational and automation strategies that ensure that the factory meets its objectives.
• This includes the implementation of organisational plans, identification of process gaps, management controls, forecasting, management of factory performance, and the re-engineering of processes.
