You act as a technical sparring partner for customer projects and application development, ensuring that market needs are translated into relevant and workable solutions In parallel, you monitor market and consumer trends and translate these insights into strong technical marketing content, product positioning and go-to-market stories. You work closely with sales, marketing, R&D and supply chain to ensure consistent messaging and coherent customer solutions By aligning technical solutions, market insights and internal expertise, you contribute to the successful implementation of our Health & Beauty strategy in China and for sustainable growth You report to the General Manager of the sales affiliate The Successful Applicant You hold a master's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry or a related field, or bring equivalent experience You have 3-5 years of experience in technical marketing or technical sales within the health and beauty industry Knowledge in health and beauty ingredients, applications and market dynamics, with formulation knowledge as an asset Drive distributors and customers and translate technical concepts into clear customer value You work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment.
