We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to take full ownership of the HR function in China. This is a broad and hands‑on role covering the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on talent acquisition (around 60%). The ideal candidate is proactive, business‑minded, and able to support a dynamic consulting team.
This role will serve as a key local partner to the China leadership team, supporting organizational development, employee engagement, facility management, compliance, and external stakeholder coordination.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that all procurement activities, administrative coordination, travel and expense management, and day-to-day operational requirements are effectively managed and aligned with business needs to support the smooth, efficient, and consistent operation of the organization.
