We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to take full ownership of the HR function in China. This is a broad and hands‑on role covering the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on talent acquisition (around 60%). The ideal candidate is proactive, business‑minded, and able to support a dynamic consulting team.

Job Description

Recruitment (60%)

  • Responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment for consulting and corporate roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs and hiring strategies
  • Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and strengthen the employer brand



HR Operations & Business Partnering (40%)

  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, probation, and employee lifecycle management
  • Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance with China labor laws
  • Support performance management, compensation review, and employee development
  • Drive HR projects and initiatives to enhance engagement and culture
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people‑related matters

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above; HR or related major preferred
  • 5-8+ years of HR experience, ideally in consulting, professional services, or MNC environments
  • Strong recruitment experience and passion for hiring
  • Solid understanding of PRC labor law and HR operations
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Hands‑on, self‑driven, organized, and able to work independently in a lean structure
