作为全球首席市场营销官（Global CMO），您将汇报给集团创始人及董事会，负责领导全球市场营销团队，制定和执行市场营销战略，以提升品牌形象，扩大市场份额，并推动公司全球业务的持续增长。您将管理全球市场营销预算，优化新媒体投放，对各区域相关利益者提供市场营销支持，并对部门的P&L表现负责。

主要负责包括医疗装备、医疗服务、大消费领域的赛道覆盖、投资项目挖掘和执行。汇报给基金总经理。

1、为销售团队赋能，提升区域门店运营水平和能力并达成业绩稳定、持续增长；
2、团队培训，提升门店精细化运营能力，增加员工对于品牌的强烈认同感，从而提升整体企业文化；
3、通过对销售流程的提升，确保用户获得良好体验及品牌忠诚度。

全面负责中国大北区域销售团队管理工作，包括团队人员管理、培训发展、销售团队业绩达成、销售策略制定、销售预测及跟进、
大项目管理等，为直客模式；带领团队（团队规模15-16人）提供解决方案式销售，深度了解客户需求并制定产品组合及销售策略、招标及流程管理。

北区零售团队全盘管理工作，对年度任务、业绩增长及利润负责；直营门店扩张和物业（高层）关系的建设和维护，负责品牌在优质商圈shopping mall和重要大卖场入驻，条件谈判及活动管理等。
