Our client is a ornamental stone product manufacturer with an integrated production facility in the Middle East and a strong global export footprint. The company specializes in natural ornamental and semi-precious stone products, serving wholesale, retail, and e‑commerce partners worldwide.

Job Description

  • Develop new B2B clients including wholesalers, retailers, and e‑commerce platforms across China, Hong Kong, Asia-Pacific, and other international markets.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Manage and grow long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, contracts, and cooperation terms while protecting profitability.
  • Provide customized product solutions based on client needs and market demand.
  • Drive wholesale and online sales via B2B marketplaces and social commerce channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on product positioning, promotions, and digital listings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines, and sales forecasts; prepare regular performance reports.
  • Work closely with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Provide market and customer insights to support product development and inventory planning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful KA Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Gemology, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale, or e‑commerce, ideally within jewelry, gemstones, luxury ornaments, or high-end souvenirs.
  • Hands-on experience with Nephrite Jade products is essential.
  • Chinese speaker with fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Familiar with gemstone/jewelry certifications (e.g. GIA preferred).
  • Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and e‑commerce platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross‑cultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or trade shows.
