The Successful Applicant A successful KA Manager should have: Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Gemology, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale, or e‑commerce, ideally within jewelry, gemstones, luxury ornaments, or high-end souvenirs. Hands-on experience with Nephrite Jade products is essential. Chinese speaker with fluent English (spoken and written). Familiar with gemstone/jewelry certifications (e.g. GIA preferred). Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and e‑commerce platforms. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross‑cultural environment. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or trade shows.
