We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive B2B sales growth, manage key client relationships, and expand our market presence in the ornamental stone sector. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a proven track record in wholesale or e-commerce sales, and fluency in Chinese (mandatory) to effectively engage with our core markets.

About Our Client

This client is a modern, technological enterprise that carries out a full production cycle at its factory in Ras Al Khaimah (UAE), where it manufactures its own lines of souvenirs from a natural ornamental semi-precious stone. It holds a great position in its segment, with its products supplied to markets worldwide, and the majority of exports directed to China.

Job Description

1.Business Development & Sales Achievements:

  • Identify and secure new B2B clients (wholesalers, retailers, e-commerce platforms) in target markets (China, Asia Pacific Markets, and globally).
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.

2.Key Account Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts while maximizing profitability.
  • Provide tailored product recommendations and solutions based on client requirements.

3.Wholesale & e-Commerce Sales & Growth:

  • Leverage digital platforms (B2B marketplaces, social commerce, etc.) to drive online sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize product listings, promotions, and branding strategies.

4.CRM & Sales Operations:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

5.Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and resolve client inquiries.
  • Provide market feedback to guide product development and inventory planning.

The Successful Applicant

* Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Gemmology, or related fields.

* Experience:

  • Experience in the Nephrite Jade sector is a must.
  • 5-8 years' experience in the B2B sales, wholesale, or e-commerce, preferably in luxury ornaments, gemstones, or high-end souvenirs.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in international markets



*Language: Native Chinese speaker with fluent English (written/spoken).

*Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with Jewelry/Gemstone certifications (e.g., GIA) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and e-commerce platforms.



*Soft Skills:

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows or client meetings.
