We are seeking a Regional HRBP to support recruitment and HR operations across APAC and Europe, with a strong focus on end-to-end talent acquisition and multi-country coordination. This role works closely with senior regional leadership and offers exposure to international HR projects, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.

Our client is an international business with a growing footprint across Asia Pacific and Europe. With a collaborative and multicultural working environment, the company is looking for a hands-on HR professional to support regional hiring initiatives and HR operations across multiple markets.

Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across APAC and Europe, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding

Partner closely with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies to deliver effective hiring solutions

Support HR operations across multiple countries, including employee lifecycle administration and HR system maintenance

Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, visa tracking, and employee documentation

Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies

Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and regional HR projects

Assist with office administration and cross-functional coordination across regional offices

Prepare HR reports, recruitment updates, and process improvement recommendations

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines

At least 5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment and HR operations

Experience supporting regional or multinational environments is highly preferred

Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment

Familiar with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both strategic coordination and operational tasks

Open to traveling to Hong Kong twice a week
