Job Description

  • Drive overall brand development across full channels, supporting the transition from early‑stage growth (0-1) to scalable expansion (1-10).
  • Partner with internal and external teams to strengthen the brand's commercial performance and support long‑term business growth.
  • Managing cross‑functional collaboration to ensure consistent brand expression, channel integration, and performance delivery.
  • Work closely with high‑end and luxury market partners, navigating key relationships and elevating the brand's presence.
  • Apply structured thinking and market insights to inform brand strategy, category expansion, and communication frameworks.
  • Support the creation of the brand's second growth curve through innovation, premiumization, and refined go‑to‑market plans.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EC Head should have:

  • Experience in luxury or premium consumer brands, with strong exposure to brand-building, channel operations, or category management.
  • Strong English communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with platform partners and cross‑border teams.
  • Clear, structured thinking with the ability to connect brand strategy to business outcomes.
