Job Description

  • KOL Live Management (70%)
    • Manage KOL-driven GMV, budget planning, and commercial negotiations across major e-commerce platforms (Tmall, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
    • Collaborate with TP (Tmall Partner)/DP (Distributor Partner) to expand and optimize KOL resources
    • Track KOL performance and benchmark key competitors' KOL strategies and results
    • Refine and standardize SOPs to improve execution efficiency and accuracy, ensuring KOL activities enhance brand equity
  • Trade Marketing (30%)
    • Plan and execute monthly promotion campaigns, including performance tracking and post-campaign analysis
    • Conduct competitor benchmarking and campaign analysis
    • Manage monthly rolling forecasts for products and GWP (Gift With Purchase)
    • Ensure forecast accuracy and maintain appropriate safety stock levels

The Successful Applicant

A successful EC AM-KOL management professional should have:

  • Minimum 3 years of e-commerce operation experience (Tmall or Douyin is required).
  • Proven experience in KOL/influencer management, with relevant resources preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
