Job Description

  • Manage and grow the regional e-commerce business, ensuring achievement of sales, profitability, and performance targets.
  • Manage marketplaces including Tmall, JD, RED and other relevant channels in partnership with TP agencies.
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies aligned with global and local business objectives.
  • Take ownership of sales forecasts, KPI tracking, and performance improvements.

  • Drive both paid and organic customer acquisition initiatives across e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage media investment and paid traffic budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Partner with TP teams to oversee merchandising, OTB planning, seasonal buying, replenishment, and inventory management.
  • Monitor budgets, vendor quotations, and cost controls to ensure business efficiency and value.
  • Analyze campaign performance and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and optimize loyalty and retention initiatives to drive sustainable customer growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Digital & Ecommerce Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant e-commerce/digital experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or premium consumer brands.
  • Experience working with TP partners and major China e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, online merchandising, and performance-driven growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent ROI awareness.
  • Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
