Job Description

1. Omnichannel Strategy & Business Model Design

  • Analyze China's evolving omnichannel landscape across B2B and B2C
  • Identify growth opportunities and design scalable route-to-market models
  • Translate commercial strategy into data-driven digital solutions



2. Digital Solution Optimization & System Evolution

  • Continuously improve existing digital platforms and tools
  • Redesign workflows, data flows, and system architecture to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to enable integration and scalability



3. Stakeholder Leadership & Governance

  • Act as a key bridge between business and IT teams
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ensure strong governance, compliance, and data consistency



4. Program Management & Business Impact Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end digital projects from concept to execution
  • Define clear KPIs and ensure measurable business outcomes
  • Communicate complex digital topics effectively to senior stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, or commercial operations
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel, B2B/B2C models (FMCG or consumer sector preferred)
  • Proven experience in digital solution design, system integration, or transformation programs
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link digital initiatives to commercial impact
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
