As they expand footprint in Asia, they are seeking passionate professionals to lead our business development efforts in China.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the sales cycle effectively.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong BD/sales experience in the pharmaceutical packaging or CDMO space
  • Proven track record in developing new business with local Chinese pharma clients
  • Familiarity with drug delivery devices, injection molding, and medical-grade materials
  • A "hunter-type" and passionate professional who is proactive and aggressive in driving new business, yet respectful and humble in communication.
  • Fluent in English is a must have criteria
  • Will to have 50% travel rate
