Job Description Job Description 0-to-1 Business Creation Build market entry plans, target account strategies, and growth roadmaps for both Humanoid Robotics and BESS, identifying high-value application scenarios and translating them into executable opportunity pipelines. Customer & Ecosystem Development Develop and maintain multi-level relationships with decision makers across Humanoid Robotics OEMs/integrators/automation solution providers and BESS system integrators/equipment providers/strategic accounts, expanding ecosystem partnerships in both sectors. End-to-End Opportunity Conversion Lead the full commercial process for Robotics and BESS opportunities-from discovery, requirements alignment, and solution positioning to quotation, negotiations, award, and contracting-ensuring high-quality funnel management and forecast accuracy. Internal Resource Mobilization & Matrix Leadership Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering/R&D, product management, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and program teams to deliver competitive solutions for Humanoid Robotics and BESS, balancing technical feasibility, cost, timing, and delivery risk. Program Shaping & Industrialization Enablement Partner with internal stakeholders to support Humanoid Robotics and BESS programs through PoC/sample phases into SOP/industrialization readiness, ensuring manufacturability, quality planning, and supply assurance are addressed early. Commercial Model & Deal Structuring Define and execute appropriate collaboration and commercial models for Humanoid Roboticsand BESS (e.g., joint development, platform engagement, framework agreements, project-based supply), with disciplined governance on pricing, terms, and value capture. Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy Track industry trends, customer strategies, and competitor moves in Humanoid Robotics and BESS, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership for investment priorities, portfolio positioning, and go-to-market adjustments. The Successful Applicant A successful EDS - BDD should have: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Mechanical/Industrial/Energy or related); Master's preferred. 10+ years in B2B business development / key account / solution sales in industrial, electrical/electronics, automotive tech, automation, energy, or Humanoid Robotics. Demonstrated 0-to-1 market creation experience (new segment, new product, or new application) with evidence of landing initial lighthouse wins and scaling. Solid exposure to Humanoid Robotics and/or BESS value chains, project commercialization cycles, and decision-making processes; direct customer network is a strong plus. Strong consultative selling + structured problem solving; able to operate under ambiguity and create clarity. Proven ability to lead in a matrix organization, influence without authority, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes. Strong negotiation and executive communication skills; comfortable engaging with C-level/VP stakeholders. Fluent Mandarin and strong business English for cross-region collaboration.
