This role leads the China business of a marine aftermarket and services company, with full P&L responsibility spanning commercial strategy, operations, cost control, and profitability. It is a hands‑on MD mandate for a commercially minded manager who drives results through disciplined execution, service reliability, and long‑term customer partnerships.
This role sits at the intersection of brand innovation, commercial strategy, and P&L ownership. As Director of Marketing for China, you will be accountable not only for brand equity and innovation impact, but also for revenue growth, margin health, and return on marketing investment.
As the General Manager of China, you will be fully responsible for the brand's overall operation, strategic planning and sustainable business growth in the Chinese market. You will lead the team to build and optimize the direct-operated retail store network, drive the innovative development and scale expansion of e-commerce business, integrate online and offline resources to build a closed-loop premium coffee consumption experience.
