Contributes to the overall success of the Compliance Department of China - Business Area
in APAC Region ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the
team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing
regulations, internal policies and procedures.

To lead the internal audit function, providing independent and timely assurance to the Board, driving an improved control culture and supporting Group and Asia Region Internal Audit.
