Business Partnering & Commercial Support

Serve as a strategic finance partner to commercial and functional leaders.
Provide financial insights and decision support to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate commercial initiatives and business opportunities.
Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve performance and resource allocation.

Forecasting & Performance Management

Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes.
Monitor business performance and provide visibility on risks, opportunities, and key financial drivers.
Continuously improve forecasting methodologies and analytical capabilities to support business agility.

Revenue Growth Management (RGM)

Drive analysis and optimization of customer trading terms and commercial investments.
Support pricing strategy development, including price architecture and price realization tracking.
Identify opportunities to improve portfolio mix and channel profitability.
Evaluate promotion effectiveness, trade spend efficiency, and assortment strategies to maximize returns.

Financial Planning & Analysis

Prepare management reports, forecasts, and variance analyses with clear recommendations.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance scorecards.
Support annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting processes.
Monitor operating expenses and ensure spending remains aligned with business objectives.

Investment & Strategic Decision Support

Build business cases and conduct financial evaluations for commercial initiatives and investments.
Perform ROI analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity modelling.
Support prioritization of investments and strategic resource allocation.

Risk Management & Process Improvement

Identify financial risks and growth opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial processes and improve data quality.
Promote financial discipline and enhance finance capabilities across the organization.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and training to business stakeholders on finance and compliance matters.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
Approximately 10+ years of progressive finance experience.
Strong background in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, and performance management.
Demonstrated experience supporting Sales and Marketing organizations.
Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable business recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools; experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar systems is advantageous.
Fluent business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
