Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting. Support pricing, customer profitability, investment evaluation, and strategic decision-making. Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvement actions. Drive financial modelling, business case analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal controls, reporting standards, and corporate policies. 理想的求职者 Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; professional qualification preferred. 8+ years of finance experience, ideally in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering within manufacturing. Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and modelling capabilities. Experience partnering with commercial and operational stakeholders. Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
