Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for the plant ledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and China GAAP. Ensure SOX compliance and support internal/external audits for the plant. Drive implementation and optimization of ERP systems and other financial tools. Provide financial analysis and cost insights to support manufacturing operations and business decisions. Collaborate with plant leadership and corporate finance to align on budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA certification preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, including at least 2 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or plant environment. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, China GAAP, and internal control frameworks. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. Strong communication and leadership skills; fluent in both English and Chinese.
