Responsible for driving the product strategy, development roadmap, and execution of the products across sub brands.

Fostering partnerships in ODM (Original Design Manufacturing), JDM (Joint Development Manufacturing), and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing).

1. Develop, manage and implement TUVR Greater China EM plan, including programming design and coordination of seminars, fairs and special events in order to support GC Marketing director on GC Events strategies in order to effectively promote TUVR brand image and services.
2. Plan and oversee the implementation of EM plan, resource management and control the budgets

This role is designed to drive commercial excellence by improving sales effectiveness, customer experience, and business performance through data-driven strategies and digital tools. It also supports strategic decision-making and leads initiatives in CRM, dashboard implementation, and sales force enablement across the country.

Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive government affairs strategy to maintain and enhance our operating environment, ensure the smooth functioning of our R&D and manufacturing operations, and support the company's long-term business growth and strategic objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of China's political-economic landscape, industrial policies and exceptional relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Play a pivotal role in shaping the sustainability strategy and driving digital solutions to be a true differentiator in our business. Collaborating closely with the Market and Competitor Intelligence Manager and the Digital Solution team, you will lead the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and digital projects.
