Senior Event Manager

Lead Event Marketing (EM) team to establish and implement EM plan for policies and working procedures.

Ensure staff access to a range of EM tools such as venue lists, company stand materials, presentation training, fair training etc…

Work collaboratively with BLs to create and manage integrated EM strategies; budget and programs to improve promote their exposure and brand perception in the market.

Guide GC EM staff on events processes setup, reengineering, and monitor the performance and quality of process executions

Ensure the events GC wide reflect marketing effectiveness, show cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines, the products are with consistent high quality, satisfactory leadtime and acceptable expenses

Evaluate, improve and develop EM vehicles to effectively promote TUVR services

Develop and administrate the event marketing database in order to monitor the processes, quality management procedure, reporting and etc.

Work closely with other marketing units like MarCom,PR and Market intelligence, and internal communication team to effective implement the events strategies for strengthen the brands for corporation and also generate business for the Business Lines.

Identify and liaise with service suppliers for events venue, booth decoration and etc., to deliver the events consistent with the corporate requirement and high quality.
