The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering, along with expertise in robotics technologies, sensors, and control systems.

Responsible for China local CRM digitalization to drive business growth, digital engagement, and enhance Luxury Customer Experience. Managing and optimizing the CRM eco-system for client engagement and customer service, WeChat, WeCom, 3rd Party Platform & Retail to drive internal cross-functional teams and external partners to archive business goals.
