Develop and execute AI transformation strategies to support business objectives in the life science sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for AI-driven improvements and implement solutions.
Lead the design and deployment of AI models and algorithms to optimise processes.
Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with industry regulations and standards.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems to ensure continuous improvement.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal stakeholders on AI-related projects.
Stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies relevant to the life science industry.
Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate AI transformation outcomes to stakeholders.

A successful AI transformation professional should have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
8+ years of experience enterprise transformation, digital transformation, strategic consulting, or large cross-functional programs.
Demonstrated success complex transformation initiatives involving multiple business functions and executive stakeholders.
Outstanding presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working effectively in matrix organizations.
