Draft, review and negotiate commercial, technology and strategic partnership agreements. Advise on export control, data privacy, competition law and cross-border employment matters. Manage legal risks associated with global business expansion. Handle overseas disputes, arbitration and litigation matters. Support corporate governance and overseas subsidiary management. Build and optimise bilingual contract templates and approval processes. Experience supporting international business operations. Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and cross-border compliance. Familiarity with export control, data protection and antitrust regulations. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.
