Coordinate internal and external technical resources to quickly respond to and resolve system failures, with major failure recovery time not exceeding 2 hours5. Lead the Basis team, develop and execute system operation and maintenance standards and processes, improving overall team efficiency by over 20% 理想的求职者 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, with 8+ years of SAP Basis work experience2. Proficient in SAP NetWeaver and HANA database management, familiar with system architectures of S/4HANA, ECC, and other mainstream versions3. 3+ years of team management experience with excellent cross-departmental communication and project coordination skills4. Familiar with ITIL operation and maintenance management systems, SAP certification or PMP certification preferred5.
