• 短期：优化物流中心管理制度、流程、物流系统（厂内物流、SAP-ERP、WMS、TMS），统筹梳理运输线路规划，完善供应商管理体系，提升团队专业化操作水平和服务效率。
• 中长期：制定战略性承运商采购策略，建立长期、稳定、可信赖的供应商；逐步降低采购成本，提升经营效益。
