职责描述

Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional designs and system solutions
Configure and optimize SAP Retail and Supply Chain modules in alignment with project objectives
Support data migration, cutover planning, and deployment activities
Execute and coordinate unit testing, integration testing, and UAT processes
Deliver user training and post-go-live support to ensure operational readiness
Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse Management to drive seamless integration
Coordinate warehouse system interfaces, middleware, EDI, APIs, and related integration points
Prepare project documentation, progress reporting, and issue resolution tracking

理想的求职者

A successful 'SAP CRM Consultant' should have:

7+ years of SAP consulting experience with multiple end-to-end implementation projects
Strong expertise in SAP Retail and Supply Chain modules such as MM, SD, CAR, AFS, or S/4HANA Retail
Proven experience within retail, fashion, apparel, luxury, or consumer goods industries
Solid understanding of SAP integrations, warehouse management processes, and system interfaces
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with business-level English proficiency
