This role is responsible for the development of branding and marketing strategy for responsible brand in China market. The role will localized the adaption and follow brand guideline and assets, work with regional team closely.

A leading FMCG company is looking for an experienced Commercial Lead to lead a strong team in Taiwan. This is an excellent opportunity for a business professional to join a dynamic firm.
The role will own full P&L responsibility, heading the business in all commercial aspects, drive accelerated growth and manage teams. You will work closely with the internal department Directors to define and execute business strategy and team management strategy. You will support all disciplines in strategically translating clients' branding, value or service into creative solutions through innovative thinking and business execution.
As China General Manager, you will oversee roughly 200 people including sales, marketing, operation, finance and HR.
This role will facilitate and support the development of long-term strategies for each function and operation unit across the Sauce Group globally, roll out the strategic planning platform, promote the improvement in sales and operation efficiency and ensure the adequate allocation of resources
To support region Manager and coordinate the activation concept and brand image development in channel, evaluate the performance and enable to deliver the winning model/learning.
