The Manager will be the owner of China region all all channel sales. He/She must have a curiosity and passion for solving customer/consumer/shopper issues, with traditional and digital solutions. With the mindset of working closely with marketing team.
The purpose and objectives of the Head of Sales Greater China are as follows:a. Growth of business: generate growth strategies across all distribution channels including but not limitedto wholesale, Distribution and retail
To create and maximize value and potential for designated category in professional channel by developing, planning and implementing marketing strategy and promotional tactics that aligned with the Brand Strategy to achieve targeted sales growth and market share growth
To develop and execute sustainable plans to deliver on the financial, people and corporate sustainability objectives. Key responsibilities include managing team members, overseeing of the budget, setting growth strategy, developing strong supplier relationships, shaping the working environment, allocating resources and people development.
It delivers a digital experience centered around our consumers and customers. The aspiration is to define and build a consistent digital strategy, plans and capabilities, seamless experience across all omni-channel touchpoints, so that to enhance consumer brand awareness, consideration, consultation and customer digital experiences and brand adoption in the market
