The QC Laboratory Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the factory laboratory, ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. 负责具身智能机器人硬件架构设计，主导硬件选型、设计优化及量产落地，协同OEM厂商实现产品高效交付。

主导机器人全机械系统架构设计，统筹核心执行器与传动部件（齿轮/丝杠/连杆等）的选型、集成与优化，确保机械结构满足功能、性能、成本及可靠性多维需求。

凭借丰富的销售经验和对半导体设备的深刻理解，带领团队开拓市场，提升公司产品的市场占有率，为公司的持续发展做出重要贡献。

全面负责质量管理体系的规划与执行，涵盖客户质量、质量保证及质量控制，确保产品与服务符合行业与企业标准。

• 负责将人工智能技术应用于半导体产业链，包括但不限于芯片设计、制造工艺优化、质量检测等环节，通过数据分析和算法开发提升生产效率和产品质量。
  
• 指导团队开展AI项目的实施，确保项目按时交付并达到预期效果，同时与研发、生产等部门紧密合作，推动AI技术在公司的全面应用

• 全面统筹人力资源管理工作：协助CEO制定公司发展战略，负责功能领域内的人力资源决策和战略，对公司中长期目标的达成产生重要影响。

作为销售与市场副总裁，您将领导团队拓展公司在汽车市场的业务，特别是与OEM和Infotainment T1的合作。

负责陪伴机器人全生命周期造型设计（从草图到3D模型）及CMF（色彩/材质/工艺）方案开发，协同工程团队完成设计可行性验证，确保产品兼具美学价值与用户体验。

负责机器人动作、姿态及动态效果的设计与制作，结合产品功能需求与用户体验目标，打造自然、流畅且符合品牌调性的机器人行为表现。

这个岗位的主要职责包括使用CAD软件进行包装解决方案的设计，确保方案符合客户需求并具有成本效益；负责客户现场的包装项目管理，协调资源，解决问题，确保项目按时、按质完成；收集和分析项目数据，编写详细的项目报告，为决策提供支持；领导和指导项目主管团队，制定目标和绩效评估标准，满足客户需求并推动公司发展。
