Engage with customers early in the development process, translating technical requirements into tailored motor design solutions and influencing product direction. Monitor industry trends and guide technology strategy, supporting innovation and long-term product planning. Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams, ensuring smooth transition from design to production.
