• Support the GM Asia / Global Brand Marketing team in achieving business and sales target in mainland China market with effective marketing strategies and activities.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, plans, programs, and activities to enhance brand awareness, strengthen brand positioning and achieve sales/business goals for China market.

• Manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing.
• Responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans to meet sales growth and profit targets.
• Run the assigned portfolio as a "mini" GM.

This role will report to China GM directly and develop long-term communication strategy to keep this brand standing out in China market. it will oversea communications, government and regularyregulary affairs, issues and crisis management, corporate reputation, scientific affairs, consumer care and stakeholder management.
