制定电商营销策略，规划猫、京东、抖音等电商平台的年度营销策略，明确各平台的市场定位、目标客户群体及核心竞争优势，确保策略与公司整体业务目标一致。

负责快消品牌的电商业务，带领20人的团队，通过精细化运作，实现业务的稳定中发展。与阿里、京东、抖音等主流电商平台合作，并涉及分销渠道。

作为阿里渠道负责人，带领团队负责快消品天猫旗舰店和天猫超市的店铺运营，生意体量2个亿。

Oversee omnichannel e-commerce operations and marketing strategies for core brands, achieving sales targets and expanding new businesses while assisting in brand development strategies, competitor analysis, and resource coordination.

1. Lead end-to-end e-commerce operations for Tmall channels, actively contribute to strategic planning, and collaborate with the E-commerce Head to pioneer new sales channels, fueling business growth.
2. Take full ownership of Tmall platform operations while serving as a key player in new channel expansion, partnering with the E-commerce Head to unlock incremental opportunities.
