In partnership with the CEO, the position holder will lead the company's science and research strategy and implementation. The person will take leadership role in shaping the scientific strategy and bringing new product into the company to build strong product pipeline. He/she will identify potential leads, formulate transaction model, lead business negotiation, and manage the execution of the transactions

1. Well manage the industrialization projects with strong coordinating ability among customer, internal team and suppliers. Consistency in the Design Control elements linked to the suppliers/manufacturers.

2. Bridge all the technical aspects once we are moving from the feasibility to the industrialization stage (starting from the development) between Swiss and China and with Suppliers, Mold maker facilities and machine facilities.

• You will implement generative AI use cases that bring measurable economic benefit by designing and implementing suitable generative AI solution architectures, including software design and Cloud architectures.
• You join and contribute in internal communities of practice in order to shape the generative AI tech-stack.

* Crafting, executing, and overseeing AI/ML solutions throughout their lifecycle, from inception to deployment.

* Pioneering cutting-edge machine learning models, particularly in the realm of deep learning, tailored for predictive tasks in the biomedical sector.

* Steering initial project conceptualization and establishing clear project parameters alongside subject matter specialists.

Provide scientific expertise in local registration clinical trials. and license-in OTC products.
Provide medical contributions in developing and implementing marketing strategy.
