1.制定新零售项目的产品与平台营销的规划及方案，并确保方案有效执行；2.负责新零售的运营管理，根据市场反馈对运营进行数据分析，制定营销推广方案；
根据业务发展需求，规划公司自有品牌产品中长期策略、制定品类及产品线计划、年度新品项目计划、产品升级计划等；及时了解行业信息、市场信息、产品信息、竞品分析、技术及配方更新等，开展周期调研，根据产品销量及市场展现，及时调整和推进各产品项目和计划；
根据公司战略目标，统筹制定各电商平台(天猫、小红书、唯品，京东、抖音等)发展规划统筹指导各平台的运营工作，针对不同平台提出有效的运营策略，最终达成营销目标
挖掘新客户，维护好客户关系及客户间的长期合作计划，严格按照公司规范进行配合公司计划，有效执行各项工作。负责团队的组建，培养团队成员进行业务拓展，协助员工与客户进行谈判，签约，并完成成交。
1、根据公司整体战略规划要求，制定头部装企业务的战略布局及经营目标；2、带领团队开发头部装企渠道，建立战略合作，保证整体业务目标达成；
1、根据海外业务战略，制定市场营销计划和市场策略，并分解到具体国家、重点区域和渠道；2、结合当地的市场情况，定期进行市场预测及情报分析，制定有效的市场开拓策略，扩大公司在区域内的知名度和市场份额；
This role will focus on developing strategic partnerships with key modern trade customers such as Freshippo (Hema), Sam's Club, Aldi, and other lea*ding retail accounts. The position requires a lea*der who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and deliver sustainable business growth.
