Reporting directly to the General Manager, the BU Head will be responsible for driving commercial growth and managing a multi-functional team of approximately 90 employees across sales, trade marketing, e-commerce, strategic accounts, and commercial operations.

• Support the GM Asia / Global Brand Marketing team in achieving business and sales target in mainland China market with effective marketing strategies and activities.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, plans, programs, and activities to enhance brand awareness, strengthen brand positioning and achieve sales/business goals for China market.

Lead a bakery application R&D team, driving product development, application trials, technical solutions and innovation projects for the China business.

Report directly to the China General Manager and Global Technical Director, working closely with commercial, quality and global technical teams to translate customer needs into practical bakery solutions.
