Job Description

1. Strategic Planning:formulating the development strategy for the cocktail business based on the overall development strategy of the group. Draw up the business development plan of the business line, define the development direction and business objectives of the business line, shape the brand image, and explore the domestic cocktail market.

2. Operation Management:Organize and formulate the annual business plan and budget of this business line according to the annual business plan. Define the marketing model, marketing strategies, and product strategies. Draw up key marketing work plans such as terminal development and market promotion. Be responsible for the launch of new cocktail products and the creation of popular products, ensuring the achievement of the sales targets and key tasks of this business line.

3. Supply Chain Management:Control the overall production and supply chain rhythm. Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and other departments to ensure that the production and supply chain can smoothly achieve the goals, guarantee the stable supply of products, optimize inventory management, and reduce supply chain costs.

4. Channel Expansion:Have a deep understanding of the layout of cocktail sales channels. Actively explore new sales channels, including online e - commerce platforms, offline retail terminals, wholesalers, on-trade channels including but not limited to hotel, catering, bars, nightclubs, etc., to increase the market coverage of products.

5. Team Management:Build and manage an efficient cocktail business team. Be responsible for the recruitment, training, motivation, and assessment of team members, improve the overall business capabilities and work enthusiasm of the team, and create a good team - cooperation atmosphere.

6. Market Insight:Closely monitor the dynamics of the cocktail industry, market trends, and competitors' situations. Collect market information, provide data support and market analysis reports for the company's strategic decision - making, and adjust business strategies and product plans in a timely manner according to market changes.

7. Brand Building:formulate brand promotion strategies, plan and supervise the effective implementation of marketing activities, enhance brand awareness and reputation, drive terminal sales, and strengthen the interaction and communication between the brand and consumers.

The Successful Applicant

1. Prior senior management experience in premium wine or cocktail or other consumer goods companies is preferred. Rich management experience in the liquor industry and deep industry resources are required.

4. Competency:Have the ability to operate the national channel market for the nationwide distribution of low - alcohol beverages.
