根据销售目标规划，组织产品的市场调研及分析工作，根据消费人群分析和消费者实际需求，结合产品市场表现分析，结合服装产品的品牌定位与营销的市场方向，制订产品结构及产品发展规划，形成商品企划方案。

实现营运体系一致性、标准化。建立并落实统一的跨区域门店体验评价体系。实现营 运标准的强可操作性和高可复制性，并定期检讨、优化营运标准与流程，以提升患者 回头率和整体满意度；

建立基于服务指标、用户反馈的评价系统，将其全面投入使用 并持续优化

负责规划、制定并监督实施公司的长期战略规划，该岗位要求拥有深厚的行业洞察力、战略规划能力以及出色的领导力。
