Job Description

  • Lead the brand management, representing brand in the market and identifying growth opportunities. Build right portfolio, products mix in China.
  • Work in unison with local and global teams to prioritize and deliver revenue growth and margin expansion.
  • Drive the full Product lifecycle management (product pipeline & roadmap, new product line additions and launches, current product line rationalization).
  • Inputs insight of local consumers, customers, and competitors to adapt the global license guidelines & policy, while also advocating local initiatives.
  • Develop distribution strategy and expansion plan, recruit right business partners to deliver excellent route to market
  • Provide timely and insightful business analysis and reports to adapt strategy and action plans. Arranging constructive management team meeting to share and report the key strategic project progress, drive Global and Local success.
  • Ability to build strong teams and support them to deliver results. Build and maintain the organizational culture, values, and reputation in Market with all staff, customers, and business partners.
  • Setting a clear goal for whole team, support sales efforts and drive operational excellence including forecast with related department.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree; 15+ years' experience in Marketing/Sales with excellent track record in fashion and lifestyle sector.
  • Change agent comfortable driving transformation and creating clarity within new and ambiguous climates.
  • Strong communication, and good at coordinating and mobilizing the internal and external resources.
  • Fluent Mandarin & English capability.
  • Proven leadership and managerial skills.
  • Proven methodological skills (e.g., business planning, strategic development)
  • Mental flexibility, initiative, and determination.
  • Leadership: minimum 10 years' experience in management.
  • Ability to work in complex matrix organization.
  • Highly entrepreneurial able to drive business and growth.
