Job Description

  1. Develop and execute merchandising and sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  2. Oversee and manage the merchandising and sales teams, providing coaching, guidance, performance management.
  3. AnalyzeAnalyze market trends and consumer to identify new opportunities and develop product offerings.
  4. Collaborate with the product development team sportswear apparel aligns with market demands and trends.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with new customers to enhance customer and loyalty.
  6. Monitor and *yzeyze sales data, market conditions, and compecompe* activities to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing department to create and execute marketing campaigns that brand awareness and generate sales leads.
  8. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal pricing and quality of products.
  9. Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts to ensure effective resource allocation and cost management.
  10. Stay updated on industry practices, market trends, and new technologies to continuously improve merchandising and sales strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Bachelor's degree Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in a senior-level role within the sportswear apparel manufactorymanufactory industry.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
