The Plant Director is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the manufacturing site. The Plant Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production operation within a large machining equipment environment, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, adherence to EHS guidelines, and timely delivery of products to our international clientele. This role requires a hands-on manager who can effectively manage a team of over 100 employees, coordinate resources, and drive operational excellence.

The role will involve overseeing production operations and contributing to the design, automation, equipment, and process validation phases during the project.
Once the plant is operational, the Senior Production Manager will take on full responsibility for production management.
