The Plant Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production operation within a large machining equipment environment, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, adherence to EHS guidelines, and timely delivery of products to our international clientele. This role requires a hands-on manager who can effectively manage a team of over 100 employees, coordinate resources, and drive operational excellence.

A seasoned Global Operation Head is needed to lead and drive strategic operations for the global manufacturing sites. The role requires exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in manufacturing operations.
