Job Description Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop a comprehensive strategy for the design, construction, and commissioning of the new factory, aligning with the company's overall business objectives. Performance Measurement and Improvement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of engineering and automation initiatives. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 20+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering and automation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing capital-intensive projects from concept to completion. Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment. Expertise in automation technologies, including robotics, control systems, and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things). Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
